A Little About Giovani's!
Giovani's Pizza is family owned and run. Second generation Italians, cooking runs in our blood! Our goal and mission is to serve the best pizza you have ever tasted. We use fresh ingredients, which we order in small quantites but order frequently... to assure everything we use is as fresh as if you picked it from the fields.
Mom Giovani brought old family recipes with her when she migrated to the USA. Dad Giovani oversees the execution of these valuable, one of a kind recipes. Brad Giovani (son) runs the front of the restaurant to make sure your visit here is a pleasant one.
Our staff are all highly trained in our traditional techniques of pizza making. We treat each pizza as a special meal, cooked just for you. We do not run a production line operation or reheat partially cooked pizzas. We don't have 10-15 fast cooked, production line pizza's here... our pizza's take 22 minutes of slow cooking in our custom pizza ovens. The heat in the ovens stay a constant temperature and slow moving fans circulate the heat to avoid hot spots or uneven cooking.
